Experience in Professional Craft and General Craft

• C.A. Transmuter performs 3 different functions; Professional Craft, General Craft and Item Extraction.
• Each C.A. Transmuter has 5 different craft experience levels.
• To craft items by using Professional Craft, you must satisfy the required experience amount (%) and the craft level.
• To craft items by using General Craft, you must satisfy the required experience amount (%) for each item as well as having their formula cards.

 

How to Perform Professional Craft 1. Open the Character Information window (shortcut key: C) and select the [Professional Craft] tab.

2. Select a type of item and its material.
3. You will be provided with colorful introductory marks that inform you of crafting availabilities.

• White Icon: available for craft
• Orange Icon: unavailable for craft due to shortage of materials
• Red Icon: unavailable for craft due to unsatisfactory craft level or experience amount

 

 

How to Perform General Craft 1. Open the Character Information window

 

(shortcut key: C) and select the [General Craft] tab.

2. Select Craft Level.

3. You can check crafting availabilities with the craft icons.

Item Extraction

C.A. Transmuter enables you to extract materials from weapons, armors, rings and amulets that are at level 4 or higher. The following is the list of items at level 4 or higher.

• Orbs and Crystals: Citrine or higher class.
• Katana, Blade, Daikatana and Great Sword: Shadow Steel or higher class.
• Gloves, Boots, Helmet and Suit: Shadow Steel and Aramid or higher class.
• For rings, you can extract items from the following or higher grade ones.

  + Ring of Fighter, Ring of Sage and Ring of Champion + 3 or higher
  + Critical Ring and Ring of Luck + 2 or higher
  + Life Absorb Ring, Mana Absorb Ring and Force Absorb Ring +1 or higher
  + Any crafted rings

• For amulets, you can extract items from the following or higher-grade ones.

  + Ogre Power Amulet, Atlas Amulet, Genius Amulet, Enlightenment Amulet, Rapid Amulet and
  Quickness Amulet
  + Amulet of Bless +1 or higher
  + Force Regeneration Amulet +0 or higher
  + Life Regeneration Amulet and Mana Regeneration Amulet +1 or higher
  + Amulet of Guard +2 or higher
  + Any crafted amulets

Extracting Items
Right click on C.A. Transmuter, and select a target item.

Extraction Result
You will regain materials, but the target item will be destroyed after an item extraction. Target item affects the numbers of extractable materials.

Both Professional and General Craft do not always cause the same results.

Craft Quality Difference affected by the Experience Level
One character has 5 craft experience levels, and as you become more experienced in crafting, you will have higher chances of making better items. You are not allowed to craft higher-level items than your level, and crafting lower level items than your level does not reward you with experience points. The crafting result affects the amount of experience points that you will be rewarded with. If you fail, you will receive less experience points, and if you succeed in crafting a high-quality item, you will receive more experience points.

Honor Point Requirement
Because C.A. Transmuter is strictly prohibited by the Sage Tower, you are taking a huge risk of damaging your social reputation by using it. Therefore, as you craft higher-level items, you will spend more Honor Points. Even if there are two items of the same level, but if their difficulty level is different, you will spend different amounts of Honor Points in crafting them. However, once your amount of Honor Points becomes less than 0, you are no longer able to craft unless you regain Honor Points somehow.

 

 

Item Craft Level Up

Proof of Qualification
Each craft experience level has 1 [Proof of Qualification] that is only craftable when the previous level’s experience amount has reached 100%.

The [Proof of Qualification] is necessary in starting a craft leveling up quest, and selling between persons or storing in personal storage is not allowed.

C.A. License
You can start the [Craft License] quest by speaking with Yerte, the Port Lux magic dealer while having a [Proof of Qualification].

Right clicking on a [C.A. License] enables you to increase your craft level.
